The Indoor Sports Centre is the most important part of the Blanes Sports Complex and in sporting circles it is considered to be one of the most innovative and prestigious in Spain, with 7,000 m2 of sports surface area and 6 official size playing fields in use at any one time. International youth football tournament, held during Easter week in Costa Brava, which combines the participation of unassuming teams from all around the world with some of the most well-known teams on the world football circuit.
MIC, comprised of 4 categories (under-12s, under14s, under-16s and under-19s), each year attracts teams of the calibre of Manchester United, Arsenal FC, Real Madrid CF, FC Barcelona, Internazionale Milano, Brazil National Team, Mexico National Team, Bayern München, Paris Saint Germain, Porto FC and Ajax FC amongst others.

Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board is a public entity whose mission is to promote tourism in the territory. The Board structures promotions, marketing and sales support in a segmented manner through the Product Clubs. The Board developed and manages the Sports Tourism Marketing Club.
The clubs are voluntary groups of business owners and public entities interested in managing, promoting and marketing similar tourist products; therefore, they have common interests, needs and concerns.
The main philosophy of the Product Clubs created by the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board is based on cooperation and collaboration between its public and private members under a common brand with the aim, on the one hand, of increasing the quality and competitiveness of the product and the tourist destination, and, on the other, improving sales.
